OtherVisit to Tashkent State Technical University
JBSD President and our staff visited the Uzbekistan State Technical University. During the visit, they met with students studying Japanese as well as Sensei, who is responsible for the Japanese language program. The meeting also included discussions on several important matters related to supporting the future career development of the university's students. In addition, both parties agreed to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Uzbekistan State Technical University and JBSD in the near future.

DelegationYamagata Companies Visit Uzbekistan
On June 17, 2026, a delegation of business representatives from Yamagata Prefecture, Japan, visited Uzbekistan. During their three-day stay, our company coordinated and arranged visits tailored to the delegation’s objectives. As part of the program, the delegation visited educational institutions and related organizations involved in Japanese-language education. Particular attention was given to assessing students’ Japanese-language proficiency, including their linguistic knowledge, communication skills, and practical conversational abilities. In addition, discussions were held regarding the potential recruitment and placement of highly qualified Uzbek professionals in Japan in such fields as information technology (IT), caregiving, and logistics. Our company also engaged in consultations concerning the provision of representative office facilities and other forms of support for the participating companies. Through these activities, we further strengthened cooperation between Japan (Yamagata Prefecture) and Uzbekistan and contributed to building a lasting bridge between the two regions.

MOUProposal to Support Employment in Japan for Graduates of Uzbekistan State World Languages University
At the request of Uzbekistan State World Languages University for support in the employment of graduates from its Japanese Language Faculty, we proposed career development and employment support programs for the university's students. On May 13, 2026, our company representative, Tomihiko Sato, together with our staff members, visited the university. During the visit, we met with the Rector, the Head of the International Department, and faculty members of Uzbekistan State World Languages University to discuss current challenges. We also presented our proposal on how to support students in building their careers in Japan. Our proposal was warmly welcomed by the university, and both parties agreed to proceed with the signing of an MOU in the future.

ForumThe 1st Karakalpakstan International Destination Forum
On April 23, 2026, we were invited to the “1st Karakalpakstan Destination Forum” held in Nukus. The forum gathered representatives of leading international travel companies from more than 10 countries, including Turkey, Italy, Norway, France, Russia, Azerbaijan, and Kazakhstan, who highly recognized the region’s rich tourism culture. Following the forum, JBSD director Tomihiko Sato met with tourism officials and local entrepreneurs to exchange views and discuss future cooperation opportunities.

MOUMOU concluded with Mamun University
Director visited Mamun University in Urgench, met the Chairman and executive members, and concluded an MOU on a newly established department. The university has 14,000+ students and is projected to reach 18,000 once new campus construction is complete.
